Intervals are elapsed seconds, stored in UTC and shown in your timezone. A one-minute schedule checks eligible sources once a minute. It does not promise every internet event within a minute. Pausing stops new scans. A scan already running is allowed to finish.

This schedule asks eligible sources about 288 times per day. Provider limits can make the effective fetch slower. About 288 checks a day at the current interval.
